Approach
My approach to post-surgery rehabilitation
I work closely with orthopedic surgeons and follow proven rehabilitation protocols. The rehabilitation is divided into clear phases with concrete goals. We start with pain and inflammation management and mobility restoration, then build strength and stability, and work towards functional training and sport-specific preparation.
“Post-surgery rehabilitation is precision work. You need to provide enough stimulus for recovery, but not go too fast. With my experience as a physiotherapist and personal trainer, I can find the right balance and safely guide you to full recovery.”

Frequently asked questions about rehabilitation
This depends on the type of surgery. For some surgeries you start the next day, for others after a few weeks. I coordinate this with your surgeon.
Yes, physiotherapy after surgery is generally (partially) covered by your supplementary insurance. I have contracts with all health insurers.
In the beginning often 2x per week, later this becomes less. You also get exercises to do at home. We adjust the frequency based on your progress.
