I've never exercised, can I still start?

Absolutely! That's exactly when guidance is valuable. We start with the basics and build up slowly. You learn the right techniques from day one.

As a physiotherapist, I can handle this perfectly. We adapt exercises and work specifically on strengthening weak spots.
